They really made us feel welcome at the hotel, the hotel is brand new since this week, so we were guest number 2! The food is amazing, the staff is very friendly and do their very best to give everything you want. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!! I hope we will come back soon!

Firstly the location is terrific as it is at the quiet northern end of the beach at the more upmarket Station 1. The hotel is actually hidden behind the highly rated and expensive Lind so it is just a flight of stairs down to the beach. The staff is so experienced and professional that it feels like a place that has been in operations for long time.

This hotel is beautiful, it’s recently opened to the public as it’s a brand new hotel, everything has a new feel, the location is excellent, the rooms are super clean and cosy.

The Pinnacle Boracay is one of the best budget hotels within Boracay Station 1. Overall, the experience with them is exceptional, having booked everything from them, from airport transfers, accommodation and even some arrangements when going in and out from the hotel.

The hotel is new. The room and amenities are very modern, generous and nice. The staff is FANTASTIC. The hotel manager, Mark, is very hands on, responsive, patient, courteous and professional. Ben at the Front Desk is very attentive to guest requests and comfort. The restaurant supervisor, Gin, is very pleasant and accommodating. The entire staff is very guest focused.
